We took a loop walk through Kokee State Park overlooking Waimea Canyon starting and ending at the YWCA campground. Can't give exact location of feral hive but was about half way round the loop 30 feet downhill from the trail about 10 feet up a tree. Looked like a thriving hive. No idea how long it has been there.
