Colony in live pinyon pine, about 8 inches dbh. Two entrances- about 3 feet and 7 feet. Origin and time of survival unknown. Discovered by bee lining from residential area to the north in March 2017. Inside Great Sand Dunes National Park. Park biologist informed of location.
