15-20 ft (? the dead tree is at least that tall; don't know exactly what part they're occupying or which hole they use for entry) -- this is at least the second season they've been there -- they may be infected with a virus causing deformed wings (I saw 2 or 3 bees without wings crawling on the ground not far from the tree) -- I got a small swarm I assume came from them this spring (it was gathered right below the hive) -- our property is very rural and we'd prefer to be contacted before any visits.
