5-6' off the ground -unknown how long it has been there but 1 year -3 ~2 holes in a concrete block wall at the abandoned texfi plant in Fayetteville NC. Thousands of bees have been seen entering and exiting the wall. The plant has been abandoned for approx. 9 years. -I have a degree in environmental studies and a minor in biology from Elon University. -I work for an environmental consulting company who has been doing work on the site and noticed the be hive. A coworked had noticed the bee hive last summer and warned me about it. In the next few years the bldg will be demolished and it may be pertinent to remove this behive to save the colony from destruction.
