"2 colonies are located within the structure of the apartment building. One very large colony is located within a decorative pediment above the glassed in main entrance bees can be heard in the wall of the stairwell between 1st and 2nd floor. The 2nd colony is in a 3rd floor outer wall and enter thru mortar on Green St. One colony is believed to have been there perhaps 5 years."
"Apartment owner has sprayed the colonies several times with pestacides in an effort to get rid of the hives. Unable to remove colonies at this time because apartment is a crime scene still under investigation."
