"I was contacted by a local farmer who came across a hie in a cataba tree when he was mowing his pasture. He is very alergic to bees and asked if I could remove the bees. I set a bait hive out in 2007 no luck with that. So the farmer asked if I could cut the tree down and get it out of there. I did just that and you can see the video here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oy-V3u7vSMY I took the tree to my bee yard and that is where it is sitting right now. I plan to have the hive draw comb on some hive bodys in 2009 and hopefully draw the queen out. It may take a while we will see."
